For as long as I can remember, I was always passionate about eating lol (oh you thought I was going to say cooking). Growing up I was always around cooking and having family gatherings and boy oh boy, food was always the center of attention. My family is from Louisiana and is where my cooking style stems from, oh but Texas is where I was raised so just know that means the flavors are Texas BIG.
